Privacy & Use of Information
By making a booking or submitting personal information through this website, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes using your details to process reservations, communicate important updates, and improve our services. We do not share personal information with third parties except as required by law or necessary for booking management.
Reservations & Cancellations
Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in from 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM. Late check-outs incur additional fees.
• After-hours check-in must be arranged with reception before 6:00 PM.
• Photo ID is required at check-in. Your photo ID must match the name on the credit card provided, as well as the primary person on the booking.
Deposits & Payments
• A deposit for the first night is required at the time of booking. Full payment is required on arrival.
• $200 security deposit is taken on arrival for cabin, motel and villa bookings. Bond will be refunded within 24 hours of departure once you accommodation has been checked.
• Guests must provide a valid credit card at check-in. We do not accept cash for bookings.
Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations made 14+ days before arrival: Deposit refunded minus a $30 administration fee.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival: Deposit is forfeited.
• No refund will be given for shortened stays.
• Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will result in the full reservation amount being charged.
Minimum & Maximum Stay
• Minimum night stay requirements may apply during peak periods and major events.
• Maximum stay is 28 consecutive days, unless approved in writing by management.
Park Rules & Policies
General Rules
• Speed limit: Strictly 5 KPH throughout the park.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please minimize noise during these hours.
• Guests must respect other patrons and park facilities.
• Any damage caused by a guest or visitor may result in eviction without refund and charges for damages.
• Facilities and amenities are for registered guests only. Visitors may use them with prior approval from management.
Visitors & Parking
• All visitors must sign in at reception with the guest present. Guests are responsible for their visitors.
• Visitors must leave by 9:00 PM.
• Where possible, vehicles must be reversed into sites for a safer exit in emergencies.
• No vehicle washing, repairs, or maintenance is allowed on-site.
Keys & Swipe Cards
• Your white key card grants 24/7 access to the boom gate and main gate after hours.
• To exit the park after 6:00 PM, drive slowly over the spikes; the gate will open automatically. Do not reverse over spikes.
• Swipe cards must be returned upon departure. Lost/unreturned cards incur a $50 replacement fee.
Storage
• Storing vehicles, trailers, or other items in the overflow storage area incurs a $15 per night fee.
Facilities & Amenities
Reception & Trading Hours

• After-hours assistance: 0498 754 577 ($60 call-out fee may apply).
Gas Bottle Refills
• Available 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Please allow up to one hour for refills.
Alcohol Sales
• Available from 4:00 PM daily.
• You must present your site key at the time of purchase.
• Purchase limits per person:
• 6 x 375ml beers or premixed spirits OR
• 1 x 750ml bottle of wine.
Pool & Play Area
• Open: 8:00 AM – Sunset.
• Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult.
• No dogs allowed in the pool or play area.
Laundry Facilities
• Washing Machines: $5 per load (5 x $1 coins).
• Dryers: $5 per cycle (5 x $1 coins).
• Change is available at reception.
• No dogs allowed in laundry facility.
BBQs & Camp Kitchens
• Please clean up after use.
• Park fridges are cleaned every Friday—unnamed or expired food will be discarded.
• No dogs allowed in BBQ areas and camp kitchens.
Safety & Conduct
Tree Safety & Branches
• Guests are not permitted to cut, trim, or remove branches.
• Management inspects and maintains trees regularly but is not responsible for damage from falling branches.
Fire & Smoking Policy
• Fires are strictly not permitted.
• Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas and communal spaces, including:
• Motel rooms, cabins, and villas
• Outdoor kitchens & BBQ areas
• Communal facilities
Pet Policy
• Pets are not permitted unless approved by management.
• Owners must clean up after their pets.
• A $50 fine applies if pet waste is not disposed of properly.
Liability & Responsibility
• Alice Springs Tourist Park is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings or vehicles.
• Guests use park facilities at their own risk. Management is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse or failure to follow park rules.
• Guests who do not comply with park rules or engage in unacceptable behavior may be evicted without refund.
Damage
• The guest assumes all lability for damage of room and contents within the term of their occupancy. Any breakages, unaccounted for park property or damage to the accommodation, its fittings or facilities will be charged to the guest at replacement/repair cost plus 10%.
• If the property is damaged to the extent that it cannot be rented out, the guest is liable for the loss of income until the damage can be restored.
Photography & Marketing
• By staying at Alice Springs Tourist Park, you consent to photos/videos taken within the park being used for marketing and promotional purposes.
• If you do not wish to be included, please notify management in writing upon arrival.
